I started my sessions with Mini Ma’am when I was at my lowest, I was suicidal and felt like my brain was screaming at me all the time. After each session I felt calmer and more relaxed and slowly started feeling happier. I could see the change in me but did not realise until a few weeks ago how big that change had been.
Through these sessions I have learnt how to handle difficult situations with a sense of calm, how to better my relationships with the people around me as well as myself and to reach out for help when I need it. From a year ago, when I had my first session with her, I see myself as a happy, confident, and secure person now.
